Who We Are

The Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association, Plasterers Local 200 and the Southern California Plastering Institute represents and trains plasterers for the purpose of protecting and promoting the quality of our industry. Plaster is an ageless building material that will continue to thrive as long as there is a sufficient amount of workers that are skilled in the art of installation and finishing of various products. These materials are as unforgiving as they are durable thus insisting on the advancement in education, hands on training, safety and the promotion within or sector. We hold ourselves accountable to this commitment for the future of our industry and the welfare of all those who earn a living at it.
